Tom Whelan

Tom works with private equity houses, multi strategy funds, management and corporates helping them deploy capital across the world. He works on cases from initial buyouts (including secondary buy outs, take privates and co-investments), M&A, bolt on, restructuring's and refinancing's through to exits. Clients can rest assured that Tom is always on hand to help. Once the deal is done, he is there to advise on portfolio company work and management incentive plans.He executes transactions in regulated sectors such as healthcare, media and telecoms, financial services, water and the energy sectors are our key focus.
